How does the moderation queue work?

Every new entry is held in a queue. A volunteer moderator checks that:

• the URL works and points to the actual creative work;
• the license you selected is the license that appears on the source page;
• the entry isn't a duplicate of one already in the catalog;
• the description is informative and not promotional spam.

Most entries are approved within 1–3 days. If something is rejected we'll explain why so you can re-submit.
