Who can contribute to the catalog?

You can submit an entry if any of the following is true:

• You are the original creator of the work.
• You hold the relevant copyright (e.g. your organisation owns it).
• You have explicit permission from the rights holder to list it here on their behalf.
• The work is in the public domain and you can demonstrate it.

The catalog moderation queue is intentionally slow but careful — that's how we keep linkspammers out and the trust level high.
