Can I use catalog content in a commercial project?

The "NC" (NonCommercial) condition is the one to watch. Works tagged with any NC license cannot be used in commercial projects without contacting the author for separate permission.

If a work is CC0, CC BY, CC BY-SA, or CC BY-ND, commercial use is allowed within the license terms (Share-Alike or No-Derivatives still apply where present).

When you're not sure — contact the author. Many creators will license commercially in exchange for a fee or simple recognition.
